This is my starting point. Today was my first day back in the gym after the two week Winter Break and dealing with illness. #newbie
1st day back. Kept an easy pace. 30 min elliptical followed by 55 min water aerobics class - nothing strenuous
Did 20 minutes on the treadmill this morning. I hate the treadmill! Pace average was about 2 mi/hr and I walked about 3/4 of a mile. Only burned a little over 100 caps. But, I got my heart rate up and broke a sweat. Met today’s #smallgoal of 15 minutes of aerobic activity.
day 3 of my streak for "Exercise for at least 10 minutes per day" earned 1/4/2018
70 minutes water aerobics, 20 minutes walking. Feeling good but super sleepy.
Apparently I gave myself bursitis in my right hip. Can’t stop moving, though. Did 30 minutes in the pool & 12 minutes walking. See my flushed face?
Ten days since I started exercising again this year. I’ve decided to do a collage pic like this every ten days (if I remember) to help me see the progress. Not seeing much difference yet, but, change is happening.
