Tracking food isn't as bad as I always thought it would be but it definitely keeps me accountable.
I know it this won't be easy and that I need to cover it in prayer. Keep my intentions pure. I want to do this right, filled with self control in order to honor God with my body. 💜Down 5 pounds this week! So close to onederland!
