Today was a good. I was able to control my appetite and follow the program. I enjoyed the articles.
Today was a good day. I have been staying on track and following the program.
I was such a people pleaser in the past. I have learned to say no. I feel better now don't feel so frustrated with my inability to set boundaries. So now I am a Lori pleaser.
So far I have lost a total of 7lbs and learned some great skills.
I am down 8 lbs, and finding creative ways to met my nutritional requirements. I am getting used to the program.
I'm dreaming of the day when I will reach my weight goal. I am not going to let anything stop me. I am unstoppable! 🌈
Staying on track and was able to lose another pound. I feel like I was able to overcome my plateau. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
I'm a little frustrated with my weigh ins but am committed to staying on track.
