I have been on a tough journey these past few months with a foot injury, currently on steroids and seeing no relief from the nerve pain. Have to wait a month to see the specialist - want to get this resolved. Delicious with Cedars Cucumber Garlic Dill Tzatziki, that only has 30 calories per 2 tbsp. serving! It's a healthy way to snack. I find that if I prepare good snacks, I eat good snacks! Could add cucumbers, tiny grape tomatoes, or whatever strikes your fancy! Two tablespoons = 80 calories, and I'm eating more fruit like these yummy large strawberries. I've tried it with mango and banana, the possibilities are endless.
