But I kept trying them, and now I like them. And holy cow a fresh cucumber is soooo much better than any store bought one I have ever had. My 9 month old chows them down plain. Coffee and banana? Uh... but it works! No I don’t think Starbucks is going to replace the Frappuccino with this, but it was an awesome mid day treat. I did iced coffee, a scoop of vanilla protein powder, a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa, half a frozen banana, and ice. You may need some sweetener. At first a foot injury made me switch to the bike or other cardio, and then I just stuck to that for a while. I’m still burning calories for sure, but running really works for my body.
