Got my breakfast veggies cooked for the next 4-5 days 😁 I do onion and zucchini and lots of spices and herbs. Then the other days I just have to add a cup of veggies, one egg and 1/3 cup of egg whites. It’s the most filling breakfast I make and super fast to do just the eggs and add the veggies precooked. I store them in a glass container. Sometimes I add feta too when cooking. Do have any tips for cooking faster? 😁

1ish TB Garlic olive oil to sauté shredded carrots, onions and zucchini. Then added 1/2 can garbanzo beans and some shredded zucchini (because it’s summer and I have a ton!). Added 2 TB soy sauce. Sprinkle some seasonings (in pic) and made sure beans were hot. Then added 1/2 head of shredded cabbage. Added 1 more TB soy sauce. Super yum! Could add any veggie or meat too.
