Today I swam a 2000 free (80 lengths) without stopping! A new PR!Peanut stir fry yum!Healthy lunch!Me at the beach with my grandmother and my completely oversized sweatshirt, two sizes too big! What a difference eating right and exercising can do!This is my FAVORITE lunch/snack! 20 almonds, 1/4 cup Craisins, and 1 oz cheddar cheese!I used my spiralizer given to me by my parents for my birthday to make the best pasta primavera ever!I got a Mediterranean vegetable cookbook for my birthday because I love vegetables and I'm on the Mediterranean diet and I love it! Here is a pic of tomato salad that I had for dinner last night- delicious! I also had 2 hard boiled eggs for protein!My shirt is a LITTLE too big lol!Yesterday was my first swim lesson! Ish if you know but I used to swim in high school, but I want to perfect my stroke. I really learned a lot! Can't wait until tomorrow to practice what I learned in the pool!I weigh 132.8 lbs! I ran 3mi at an 8min/mile pace, faster than even elementary school!This time last year I ran LESS than 1mile at 5mph. On Sunday I ran 2miles at 7.5mph! I call that progress!Making old skool friendship bracelets ia a great stress reliever #metimeI finally broke 120lbs- I now weigh 199.6! I hope to lose this sstubborn belly fat soon!
Keep it up, Sparklers!Lol i made a mistake on my last post. I weigh 119.6lbs, not 199!I am so happy I got this far- 80 lbs gone! But I'm losing weight and not fat. Seriously, I'm so totally ready for the last bit to go!Strawberry water is really flavorful if you steep it overnight!
