196 pounds and flabby. This is some BS.
Eating protein, drinking water, working out while binge watching shows, and enjoying red wine. And I'm feeling good.
1/6/18: Down 7lbs, Sugar avg 142, down from 188 avg, Blood Pressure 101/69 down from 130/80. I don't see the changes as much in the mirror or how my clothes fit but internally my body is doing a happy dance!
