Hit 220 today. I keep hearing that song in my head..."and another one's gone, another one bites the dust" I started at 292 in January. Just can't believe it.

195 today. And another one's gone another one bites the dust
Back again. I gained a few pounds and ready to get back at it. Over all goal is 175 at 203 now.
Healthy egg skillet dinner pic is a fourth of total below 6 eggs 8 peice (2 servings) landofrost lean turkey 1 cup mushrooms fresh 1 cup frozen peppers and onions 1 med tomato fresh 2 cups spinach fresh Makes 4 servings 178 Cal per serving I sauteed veggies with a pinch of Mrs dash no oil in one pan. Eggs and turkey in cast iron skillet no oil. Drained water from veggies then tossed together. Could also add cheese but my husband is lactose intolerant.
