Just joined yesterday . I feel great being able to track my calories and exercise. My boyfriend even arranged our garage so I can use our treadmill and watch tv together as I walk . Trying to lose at least about 50 pounds it seems like a lot but I'm will to give it my best.
Feeling great I've only been on my diet for 2 days and I've lost 2.4 pounds it feels good and I have more energy👍👍👍
Last night I went to Farrells ice cream parlor had dinner and shared a desert with my boyfriend. I stood under my points but I feel so guilty like I cheated. I can't stand the feeling😐
So as of today I've been on my diet for 93 days and have lost 24.9 pounds. It's been hard but I accomplished alot by just promising myself not to quit . I've never ever lost this much I'm very proud of myself. I want to lose another 30 or so by January.
As of today I've lost 28 pounds not too bad for 3.5 months . Still want to lose about 35 more . I will get there!!!
Finally lost 30 lbs in 3.5 months . Feeling great . Now on to the next 10!!!
Saw this at the Broad in Los Angeles yesterday. I was very empowered by it . I see myself fighting back everyday. Food is no longer a weakness to me. I've controlled my eating and changed my life style from eating under a 1500 calorie diet. It's so worth it I am down to pants sizes
Feeling great . People are starting to really notice my weight loss . It feels great when they say I look great😉😉😉

My brother and I have been on Our weight loss journey done June and we are both feeli g more confident and healthy. I can't believe how much thinner I look . Feeling amazing😊😊😊
I can't believe I'm going to be 44 in about a week . Stuck on a plateau this past month. But I am maintaining my weight at least. I try to stay active every day. But no weight is dropping . Just got to keep pushing.
I am now down 33.3 pounds. I feel amazing. It's talk g me 6 months, but I'm making progress slowly but surely.
At the end of 2017 I lost a total if 32 pounds for the year. I'm looking to lose another 30 this year. With hard work and determination.
Starting back on my diet again. Stopped for awhile .had a few deaths in the family , gained back 10 pounds. I was very sad and stressed. Any advise for diets out there

Feeling good today I've lost about 5 pounds in 10 days. Very proud of myself. I walk every day on my lunch for 25 minutes. It's a big help
Short walk tonight. But I push and keep active every day somehow. No matter how bad my day was or how tired I am I just DO IT!
