I started on July 9th, trying to lose some extra baby weight. Not sure that I have lost anything yet, trying not to beat myself up over it. I think weighing myself daily is driving me nuts too...any advice for those who did not start dropping weight immediately?Breakfast! The most important meal of the day.Kale salad with avocado and a few walnuts. The dressing is a home made dijon vinegerette. I have found many wonderful salad dressing recipes that are healthier and taste better than store bought.Down 7 pounds since starting, only 8 more to go!Not too bad!White chicken chilli tonight!Berries,berries,and more berries!Walked 7.5 miles today. Whee, what a dayDown 11 lbs since July. Started at 150, now I''m at 139, with a goal of 135.I'm exhausted!I hit 137.5 today, down 13.5lbs since July. Getting close to my goal of 135!This sums up my Christmas and New Years. Getting back on track...I have a 4 hr and 20 minute trip to the Salt Lake VA today, I’m dreading this drive. Got my snacks packed and ready to go. Then I drive another 4 hrs and 20 minutes back home. Uuugghhh! Wish me luck.I made these chocolate chip pancakes for my boys this morning. I wanted to garbage them down my throat, but alas, I did not. LOL. I ate 2 eggs over easy, half an avocado, and a slice of Ezekiel bread, and I feel good about my decision to skip the pancakes. Happy Sunday!2 organic eggs, blueberries, and almond butter with chia seed on top of Ezekiel bread. Delicious!
