Doitdoitdoit! #motivatedThe little woke me up ultra early. Its 4:45am and I've completed my workout and eaten a kickass breakfast.
I'm on a roll 🤘🤘🤘 showing these last 30lbs that I'm serious 🤣Just completed this! Feeling like a million bucks... kinda Haha. Surprised I made it through the whole thing. Now I'm on my way to go sign up at the gym with my niece 🤘🤘💪💪💪Gym Leg Day completed, shopping done, and now at the barn with my favorites! Sunday Funday for sure!No school today so I have 5 of my nieces and nephews over, plus my own three monsters. Thank goodness I got my gym time done at 5:30 this morning.

(Picture from yesterday lol. No one is awake yet!)Three pounds down today after being stuck for 2 weeks. 48lbs down total! Almost below 160!!! Today is a good day :)Day 7 of fasted cardio and gym this morning. Now spending the rest of my night with the baby and the babysitter 😁😁😁This is my happiness in the morning! 26g protein, 5g fat, 12g carbs. Served hot or cold and you can add a splash of your favorite creamer (I use almond joy..... oooo soooooo good). The protein keeps you full too! 🤘💪💪💪💪Chicken Alfredo for lunch! Seriously, if you haven't tried the Veggie Made pastas, you are missing out! They are full of protein and absolutely delicious. This particular meal comes to 366 calories, with 49 grams of protein, only 7 grams of fat and 25 grams of carbs! It's so good, you wouldn't even know its "diet food". :)Super protein boost! 6oz of spicy chili garlic shrimp, 2oz of Japanese soba noodles (with a tbsp of teriyaki) and a 4oz filet of tilapia. 398 calories, 53g of protein, 46g of carbs and only 3g fat! 💪💪💪💪Taco Tuesday! Chile Margarita fish Tacos... all spiced up & 50g of protein too :) 💪It's my favorite (oops can you say that? Lol) niece's birthday! She's 10 today and one of my best friends. She's an old soul that can talk to you like she is 50 and is my dog walking & horse riding buddy! I can't wait to celebrate tonight - and maybe have a little piece of cake too ;) Here is my favorite picture of Kate-Lynn and my boy RubbleLost 5 more... only a few to go.. been Personal Training with a new trainer the last month and I've never been so strong in my life. Got my hair done this weekend as a reward. 🤘🤘💪💪
