Just finished setting up my home to better incorporate exercise. Resistance bands and light weights by my chair, yoga blocks and mats visible center stage. No more excuses. Pain be gone. Also got in my first yoga workout today. Sore muscles, but feeling good.
Feeling awesome! I was able to get out with my guy, start a major reorganization to setup my home office, and get in some yoga today. It may not seem like much, but for someone who hasn't been able to function well for over a year...PRICELESS! Nutrition is rockin'!
Woke up in extreme pain from my workout/activities yesterday, but going strong. My goal for fitness is to start with 4 days a week. Rest day for me except for normal activities. No looking back. No worries about the future. Live each day in the moment. Make the right choices moment by moment. The past becomes irrelevant and the future will take care of itself!
