Today starts week 3 for me-I haven't lost any weight which is a bummer, BUT, more importantly I've lost inches. I've worked really hard and plan to continue. My goals for this week: workout everyday, continue drinking tons of water , and to track every bite of food I eat.Turbo jam and 20 minutes on the xbike. Ready for my day!Killer buns and thighs level 2, and 20 mins of cardio on the bikeHa! I can, but it's going to take me some time to adjust.Went old school with some TaeBo this morning.Wearing my favorite sweater, I knit last year, that started my addiction to knitting.#deliciousdailymoment
Popping open some delicious jars that I canned the last few weeks. Yum!But it's a good, proud feeling!Battling a cold, but I still managed to do a low impact #stationarybike workout this morning. Have a great day everyone!Last bit of goodies from my garden, that's ok though, I'm ready for fall!So proud to see some results because I've been working so hard! I only lost 1lb, but that's ok. I lost 8.5 inches overall in the last 21 days and I feel like that's amazing!My George Foreman grill bit the dust-but I found this 4-in-1 grill at Walmart today on clearance, under $20! I love using it for grilled chicken, turkey burgers, and eggs!Weight is coming off, super slow, but it IS happening! Happy FriYAY !Ate healthy all week..Now im going to enjoy some smores !Had a great weekend camping with the kiddos!
