I'm not cutting out anything, just eating actual servings. Starting weight: 257 lbs. First goal weight: 220lbs. Highest weight: 315 lbs. There are always ups and downs. So I decided to make my own at home. I used turkey bacon and only one slice of sour dough bread cut in half. (It was a pretty big slice.) Toasted my bread with olive oil spray. 😁 So good! I found my new favorite sandwich. Any recipes you think I should try. This was quick and simple. Also, Day 2 no sweets besides fruit. I think it's causing headaches. Im usually reaching for the donut a day at work. Almost everyday someone brings in donuts. It's so difficult to say no. Then I was eating a bowl of cereal everynight. Sugar is my weakness. Hopefully this challenge helps me. You all are doing so well. Don't give up. We can do it!
