A little discouraged today. My scale hasn't budged for 5 days and I've been doing so good. I'm only 6 pounds away from losing 100 pounds and wanted to accomplish this by the end of this month. Alas I'm heading to the gym anyways to let out my frustrations instead of reaching for a snack. Hope everyone's days are going good!

#BeforeAndAfter It's official!! Today I am now 101.2 pounds lighter! Finally lost over 100 pounds! Saw the scale this morning and almost cried. Feels like I've been waiting for this day forever. Side pic in a fancy dress for good measure. I cannot believe it. I look like half the woman I used to be. Thank you to everyone for your support! Next goal is onederland! 😊
