It's amazing I get any kind of workout in with these two. But I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of hand weights/calisthenics (interrupted by toddler and dog). Lol!Pita with lettuce, turkey bacon, laughing cow cheese, and Walden farms ranch dressing and grapes for lunch.Baked cod with a wild rice blend and mixed veggies for dinner.Officially down 40 pounds today! These pics are from December 1st and today. I still have some work to do, and always will I guess. But I'm so proud of myself for coming this far! We CAN do this!I tried on my favorite hoody yesterday. It hasn't fit for years. I've had it since I was in high school (over 10 years ago). I refused to throw it away in hopes I'd one day fit into it again. Well yesterday it fit! I also got my hair cut. Went from hair down to the middle of my back, to a pixie cut. #NSVOk, this one is hard for me because of my self esteem and body image issues, but here it is. 😬 My messy hair, no makeup, before 21 Day Fix picture. I've already lost 45 pounds, now hopefully I can tone up! Once I finish in 21 days, I'll post a comparison and see how I did. 🤞
Man I still have a lot of work to do!
Hopefully I can get the "mommy belly" a bit flatter!
