Got in a 20 minute walk outside with one of the dogs today and then 10 minutes of power yoga. Seemed to help the isolation feeling.
My boyfriend went fishing though so I'm home alone with the dogs. Outside reading in the sunshine with the pups so I don't eat my feelings.

Just 1 egg, 1 tablespoon vanilla almond milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, .5 tablespoon raw honey, 1 tablespoon almond flour, and dash of cinnamon mixed and nuked for a minute in a mug.2 ingredients only for banana pancakes. #glutenfree

My boyfriend LOVES these and I'm able to enjoy a lower calorie healthier pancake for me. He hates gluten free food, but since these pancakes are #flourless he enjoys them. I fry up the egg white I don't use in the pancakes.
Was in a really bad and down mood today. My boyfriend noticed and we all went for a hike. Got in two miles and had fun. Nature always improves my mood when I'm in a funk. Everyone got muddy, but was worth it.

Anyone have any other favorite YouTube channels for free low impact workouts for seniors or overweight? With health issues those are the type my doctors prefer me to do & cause the least pain.Anytime my workout has me on the ground this little guy thinks it’s play time. He’s just camera shy.Workout done! 🙌🏻Got my new water bottle and compression socks that the specialist advised. The socks definitely help standing cardio! Looking again for high sodium snacks besides pickles or junk food if anyone has ideas.
