day 3 of my streak for "Track food or water" earned 10/30/2018
Decided to eat a grilled chicken spinach salad with sliced almonds, cranberries, and mozzarella shredded cheese because my arms totally did this this morning. I'm going to work on my arms focusing on the triceps today too.
I'm so happy that I just received my college ID, today, after 5 months of attending. LOL.😲🤔😄
