He's running 16 miles on 16th June, 17 miles on 17th, 18 miles on 18th and so on! He is an experienced ultra-runner, so it's not such a big deal for him - but still a great challenge! I couldn't do 16 miles, so said I'd do a 'Half'! 13.6 km along fabulous quiet, country lanes. Lovely! (1 comments)See this image largerIt was hot today. After work I just had an irrepressible desire to run! So I did! Not far, not fast, but I ran. See this image largerReady with a rainbow of colours. I treated myself to some GOOD colouring pencils - they are so soft and lovely to use - they blend nicely. See this image largerOne of the advisories is to keep your outdoor shoes, outdoors. Well, I haven't got any area outside my front door where I can keep shoes, so I decided the best I could do would be to keep my outdoor shoes in bags. My brother suggested a plastic box, but I don't have one, or have room for one. Top left are gym shoes that'll only be worn for exercise at home, middle left are my runners - which I'll leave on the doorstep if I DO go running, bottom shelf are winter boots I'm not using now.See this image largerYesterday I wore a mask at work.
