I have been feeling a bit 'stuck' since the pandemic hit us - but I've got re-inspired with a fun new way of exercising at home. Hula Hooping is my focus for August - who knows where that might lead me? I'm aiming to whittle my waist a bit. #Sparked! See this image largerjust did it! (2 comments)See this image largerSparking!
