I call it the fruity thang. Muddle 2 orange wedges with a little sugar (a tsp or less) to make an orange simple syrup. Add ice and sparkling water to almost fill glass. Add a couple Cherry's a splash of cherry juice and a splash of wine. I sometimes drink one in the evening without the wine. Soooo refreshing!! And not to much sugar. Giving him hemp chews and aspirin. Not sure if it helps, he's not been the same ever since his brother from another mother died. Wish I could help him more.
