Found my Motivation to get to the pool and did 40 minutes of water walking. Now time for a healthy!

I water walked for 45 minutes this morning. I truly love how good I feel after. One day at a time I will reach my goals.

Had a beautiful drive to the coast for my appointment with the neuro surgeon, I'm going to need to have a third back surgery due to the fall I took two years ago. It looks like a have a small bone fragment is pushing on my nerve root at L2 -L3 . Now I wait to hear from the nurse to schedule my surgery.

I'm so proud of my self I have managed to get to the gym or pool everyday other than Sunday for the last 2 weeks. With my back surgery coming up on 4-22-19 I will have to be down for 2 ta 3 weeks before I can get back to at least water walking.So I'm just trying to keep the momentum and motivation. #OneDayAtATime #Goals

Yesterday day was a horrible and stressful day. I totally fell off the diet Train. So today I got back on and found my sit. My girlfriend sent me this today and it reminded me to get back on track.
Healthy eating is a choice. I'm so happy I chose to eat healthy. I'm down 14lb since the middle of February. Yay keep moving forward!!!
