Update: from 12/26 yo 2/26 i had to lose 20 lbs for hip replacement surgery. Exorcise is minimal due to my RA hi daring my mobility. The beginning of this month i was in the dumps and felt like a loser. I shared that with you and received some good advice and lots of motivation. I still need another 10lbs fir this month. I am not giving up, I can't. Thank you!
Just wanted to update ... need to lose 20 lbs by the end of February in preparation for upcoming hip surgery on March 2nd... 6.5 more to go and about 2 weeks left. I know I can do it. I have been tracking everything, reading your comments and success stories. I am grateful you guys are with me on this journey!!!!
Thank you for your motivational words from my last comment. My hip replacement surgery is on Monday, March 2nd. I had to lose 20 lbs by then. I am 3.5 lbs from my goal and I have 5 days without a cigarette. I am going crazy but I am surprised that somehow i am doing it. Thank you my sparky friends🙂
Done!!! Lost the weight, had frontal hip replacement surgery lots of pain but I know it will get better! Thank you all Spark friends, positive motivation goes a long way!
