Hoping to finish by this weekend.It's been exactly 2 months since I started back here on Sparks for what seems like the zillionth time. This is the first & longest time I've stuck with it! And I'm happy to say I've lost 15lbs! If that's not motivation to not give up then I don't know what is. 🙌💪😆Happy Friday! Woke up sore & couldn't be happier 😊😙 !! Plus my yard has never looked better.I've been feeling under the weather for the last few days, hardly an appetite much less the energy to do much 😨😥. Today I felt much better & decided to spend my afternoon outside 😁☀! Painted rocks for my in-ground fire pit, started leveling out the area around it and even filled in some holes and low ground! Thankful to be among the living again. 😉🙌🙌Wow! This is a first for me! Lately I've been coming in at about 8,000-10,000 steps daily. Last month I could barely get my 6,000 in. Amazed at the difference and I couldn't be more thankful for Sparks! Everyone is so supportive and seeing everyone succeed here is so motivational!You Guys!! Not only did I just lose my first 20lbs, I just hit #onederland!! I haven't seen 1 in front of anything since before my little ones & my oldest will be 3 next wk!290 calories never tasted so good!😊😋Good Morning ☀😀! Cooked Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey (6, 2 oz meals- 85 cals), boiled 1/2 dozen eggs & sliced and diced fruits and vegs! Still have lots of day left! Hope everyone is having a wonderful Sunday!I know it's Monday, but WE got this! #makeithappen #kickbuttLunch 😍😋My MAIN reason for everything I do!I'm probably way late to this party, but I tried peanut butter in my oatmeal for the first time and.... I loved it! I've only eaten oatmeal one way my whole life with a little milk and a ton of sugar. So I am very happy that a little bit of PB, bananas and cinnamon satisfied my sweet tooth (no sugar added!) and was super filling! Plus I got 32 oz of water in already! 😳😊This last month has been really hard. Greif is all consuming and I've been struggling to just be, much less do what I know I'm suppose to do. I can say it was healthy and overall yesterday was a good day! Today I aim to try harder! #accountability #icandoitMy Go-To Breakfast! Peanut Butter, Banana Toast & 32 oz water!!Up all night with the baby so super late start today 😒😴! Decided brunch was the best option, now to clean my house.These all-nighters with the baby are kicking my butt 😒😔! The only thing is my usual go-to's were crazy high with added sugars so I did learn that even some healthy foods have to be limited! All this deliciousness for 210 Calories 🙌🙌!Super late lunch 😋 Baked Panko Tilapia with Bacon & Bleu Salad, 495 Calories for this huge plateful (I doubt I'll finish)!Goodbye August 😘 I wasn't able to complete every challenge I set myself due to surgery, but I did lose 9 of the 10 pounds 🙌🙌! This month I challenge myself to lose 8 lbs! 30 minutes of light activity. Only 3 more wks of exercise restrictions than its on!My local Farmer's Market & Grocery store were good to me today ☺😋!!It's Monday, already 😳! Let's make it a happy & successful one 😁!
