Tomorrow I think I'll take the day off. I am exhausted. I don't know if it is from the weight lifting I did yesterday or the weather, but I need to sleep in the extra 45 minutes tomorrow. I feel like I'm suffering from 'burn out' but I know that isn't it, and I know it isn't my time, so I don't know what it is. Lord knows it isn't a calorie deficiency! I'm sure it is the weather. Snowy, wet, cold, dark, dank, damp. Urgh! When is Spring coming?
I miss walking outside. That really helps the weight drop, but it has been too cold still.
And to top it off, today I feel bloated. I'm drinking water, but I just feel full and fat. Oh well. It will pass.
