Wow this can be so depressing -- I need to fess up though. I have been keeping my food journal and though it looks good I still haven't lost any weight. I have no excuse for not walking today as it was almost 40 out and sunny. I didn't want to walk alone and called three people but no one was home. Could have walked on my treadmill but with my soon to be ex at home he would just walk by and tsk me like he does. OK -- pity party here. Can't wait for spring!

    Just take yourself out for your walk....you have nothing to answer to him for, this is your journey not his. You will be a much stronger person after your divorce believe me I have been there. Just think and laugh to yourself how many pounds you will have lost all in one go when he has gone....lol

    No one knows how to "push your buttons" more then a soon to be ex. My ex admitted to me long after our divorce that he sabotaged my diets because he wanted me to think no one else but him would have anything to do with me and that was power over me. Your stronger then that and can do this.

    you will lose, and who cares what EX thinks? this is for you not him, so next time turn up the music, tune him out and sweat your fanny off!

    I work in Jr, high and I find reasons not to exercise so I am not one to talk, but if I had a tread mill I think I would be using it. good luck, and do this for YOU!
