Boy I just read an article about eating habits on weekends --- I basically don't eat on weekends and that may be why I am at a standstill. I try to eat breakfast on weekdays and do eat a bowl of honey nut cheerios before school starts -- then I eat a healthy choice for lunch and often for dinner. But on weekends I don't get hungry like I do during the week. Or I have buttered popcorn instead of a salad. Bad me. Got to change my ways and I'm glad I saved the article on my web page. Eat and be thinner. Maybe a new mantra -- but eat healthy. Have a good weekend anyone who bothers to read this -- Mel

    I hear ya on the weekend thing. I do so much better when I'm the day-to-day routine. Plan plan plan. We can do this!

    Weekends are my weakspot too. I feel ya there. I am trying to get into a better eating habit for the weekends, but I have to make a point to eat and that is hard when you aren't hungry.

    Hi Mel... I read it! LOL! Just was checking up on you and saw your post! I hear ya about the eating thing. It's all aboutt balance which isn't easy to do in such busy lives! It takes some effort! I just joined the weekend team because weekends are all over the board with me!
