Doing much better with the slump. I started rotating my calories and made sure I was getting enough fiber in my food selections.
I also started taking a multivitamin with more iron...and I think that was part of the problem to gaining weight...it was actually poo...LOL I wasnt moving my bowels enough like I used to and it actually made my stomach ache and felt bloated---the scale agreed cause it would go up!!
Glad to be on track better and very glad for all the helpful information and tips to get me past the slump...it helped to know that everyone was concerned...MANY THANKS!
