Burned so many calories today!

Wowzer did I ever get alot of calories taken care of today! I did the Prevention321 video then I did 20 mins of intervals on the elliptical. And then...I had taekwondo tonight and the instructor kicked our butts. I'm so happy with my progress so far. And I'm even more happy with the fact that I'm still doing this after two months! And I'm liking it! OH and,,,,and my treadmill is supposed to come on thursday! I'm so excited about that. lol
