PLAN for Eating healthy at a Trade Show

For the Trade Show that I'll be at for the next 4 days, here's my plan:
"Those who fail to plan PLAN to FAIL."
God, please help me to make good choices and go with the plan.
Here it is:
Lots of water (I have large pkg of bottled water in the car already)
Take a cooler with which to fill up the hotel fridge with HEALTHY STUFF
Fruit, Skim milk, Salad fixins, etc
BREAKFAST: Cheerios, banana/berries/skim milk - Tea in the room
LUNCH: Salad greens, olive oil & balsamic vinegar, green peppers/chick peas/spinach/apples/walnuts, scallions
DINNER: Restaurants (OMIGOODNESS!)
NO bread, NO fried, NO fancy sauces NO desserts
YES broiled, YES sensible portions (bag the rest-use for soupin up lunch salads) YES magnificent salads - not too heavy to sleep on
SNACKS: baby carrots/nuts/lo fat cheese sticks/apple slices
YES to USING the exercise room!
