Well, here is how I am doing:
Goals for March
Lose 5 lbs and drop one inch around waist
Well, I lost two pounds and dropped an inch around the waist, so that isn't too bad.
So, my new Goals to accomplish for April:
Lose 5 lbs and drop one inch around the waist. I also want to drop two inches around my lower waist.
Workout plan to ensure weight loss:
5 one hour cardio sessions per week
1 tri, shoulder and chest day
1 bi and back day
I have found that my body is so quick to adapt to my workouts, so I have decided to have a killer weight week and then the next week focus on cardio to shock it with the back and forth. I guess I will see how this works.
Eating plan to ensure weight loss
80 oz of water
150 grams of protein
under 100 grams of carbs
4 servings of vegetables
2 servings of fruit
less than 1600 calories
start limiting sweets to 3 splurges a week
five mini meals
