Got my mojo back

I cannot believe I started this journey in September '06. My what I've learned in the last 19 months... the friends I've made here on Spark who have been through the successes and the bumps in the road have made all the difference.
I have lost at least 65 lbs (next weigh in is Weds 4/30). I have another 70-75 to go. After many months of maintaining, I'm starting to feel like I want to push ahead again and get the rest of this weight off. I'm setting small goals to reach each week as well as setting goals for one and two months out. I'm trying to weigh just once a week as I can become an obsessive scale-stepper-oner. ;)
I started jogging last week at a very slow pace. Two days on the treadmill and one day outside. The calorie burn for my outside run was fantastic, due to a high heart rate! I know as I become better at running, the HR will even out. I look forward to being able to jog longer distances at a quicker pace. I'm continuing with my gym routine - 5 days a week. 2 days cardio + weights, 3 days cardio + abs and then a weekly hike with my dogs.
I've switched my food around a bit. I'm still doing @ 1500 calories - 5, 300 calorie meals, but I've reduced my carbs down to 60-80 per day and upped my protein. I've still been able to keep my fats at a pretty reasonable level, on the high side, but most days not too high. It's cutting my 'sweet treat' cravings down and keeping me fuller longer.
At the beginning of this year I stated that 2008 would be the year I lost the rest of the weight. Now I'm starting to believe it. :)
