Starting Beach Body Boot Camp

I'm so excited to be part of this challenge. I'm in a plateau right now and I think it will help me out. I should have put this entry in yesterday, but I didn't have a Spark Page yet.

I've changed my eating habits since January 2008. I don't use the word "diet". My starting with was 204, which isn't reflected here because I didn't know about SparkPeople then. Now, I'm down to 177 and loving it. I'm so proud of myself for actually accomplishing this feat, something I would struggle with all the time.

I was just ready this time. It hasn't been hard at all!!! I eat really well and I don't miss the junk, the grease and all that other nasty stuff. Occassionally, I have a treat. I've started to see food as just that ... not a crutch or a friend.

My goal for the Beach Body Boot Camp is to lose 7 pounds by the 31st and to put the "Spark" back into my weightloss efforts.

My current measurements
Bust: 41
Waist 34.5
Hips 45

I'm looking to lower those by at least 2 inches by the end!!
