Swimsuit Body Boot Camp - Workout Day 2

Well, I did it. Wasn't too bad. I enjoy using weights and working on strenght training. I love feeling strong. I also did my 30 minutes of cardio. I did Crunch's Boot Camp today. I like this DVD because it combines weight lifting in between sets of cardio.
