Swimsuit Boot Camp Workout - Day 3

Day 3 ... Done!! The upper body was actually pretty easy for me. I really needed to use more weight on some of the exercises. The one with my arms on the chair seat and you lower yourself down where the hardest.

Did the extra challenge, too! That was a little more challenging. Felt great!!
