I didn't weigh myself this week. I've been pretty consistent at not pulling my weight so to speak with eating healthy and working out and I just put it out of my head to even weigh in. I'm doing much better this week but it's still hard.
I'm going to NY next week for a whole week and although there will be a lot of fun foods, the hotel we are staying in has a state of the art gym so I might pop in a few times. Since our hotel is also kind of in the middle of everything in Manhattan we're going to be doing a lot and I mean a LOT of walking. So I don't expect I'll be gaining, more like losing or maintaining.
Hopefully since I'll have to be almost constantly active on this trip, it will help me get more active when I get home. Maybe I'll be used to walking a lot and keep it up?
