Day 5 of Bootcamp

Another good day. The workout was a good one ... nice and tough. I like workouts that really push you. I also did Cardio Tae Bo and got a good workout. I always feel like I've achieved such a great feat when I do Tae Bo. It is so challenging. The optional workout was tough too, but good for me with my bad ankles.

Tomorrow is Friday and that is always good!!
