So the Memorial Weekend is upon us, and this year is diffrent. You made the commitment to change your lifestyle.
But................ and I do mean But.....What do you do on this well known holiday known for Barbecues, Sweet Indulges and lots of Starches??
I know that during the week, you eat right, exercise till the cows come home, drink tons of water, play with your kids, than all of a sudden your faced with Burgers, Ribs, Brats, OHHH MY!!!
What's a person to do??
So let's take a moment to remember where we started and focus on where you want to be. Yes it's a holiday, and yes I would love to really cheat, but what about all that hard work you been doing?
