Hi, Haven't been on SPARKS for awhile. I missed you all!! And also I slip slided on weight and exercise. One excuse was that I sprained my ankle on May 1st. Recovering now but still aches. Would you believe I tripped on my way out the front door of my house!!!! So I haven't had a chance to try the fancy nordic poles yet. Also, the bikes are out and ready to be ridden. So I need to get moving!! Work has been crazy! Just surviving day to day! The weather is supposed to get better so I am going to challenge myself this week to eat better, log food, and to exercise at least three days for 1/2 hour each. Will I do it? Stay tuned!
