I was naughty today! I don't know what my problem is.

Started off with cereal&coffee as I always do. Made Doug&Friend breakfast... french toast and bacon! I said it was okay to have a piece of french toast (one slice whole wheat bread,part egg&milk.. not too bad) and ate it with raspberry jam. But then I ate two pieces of bacon!! Whats my problem?

So I feel really guilty. I still need to do my workout today, weights. I need to keep on track today but I'm already hungry.. boo.

    I have to agree with Jenny. That doesn't sound so terribly naughty.

    Don't waive off your workout just because you think you've blown it for today. Just do your weights like normal. Can you nosh on an apple or something (protein bar or shake) before then?

    I guess I'm not seeing a problem with what you ate...You had ONE peice of french toast and TWO peices of bacon? That's a good portion control option. Think of it this way: you could have had 3-4 pieces of french toast and 5-6 peices of bacon! THAT would have been over board and something to feel guilty about. Don't be too hard on yourself. Moderation is ok when eating things that might not be too good for you.

    Just pump it hard today when working out! Don't lose hope!
