SUMMERTIME YAHOO!

Oh my, I can't believe summer break is at the halfway mark. I'm just beginning to rock. I picked up Chris today from a M.A.D.D Camp where he has been for a week. BTW, do girls "bach" it? MADD stands for music, arts, drama n dance. I was very surprised that he chose this camp. He does not play an instrument, hates to draw, loves drama n can't sing on key & his gangling 16 1/2 yo body often does not take him where he wants to go. (Bounces off walls, drops things, I remember my brother at that age. tee hee, what a dork, I mean, what a stage!) I am so proud of him! He was very much actively involved! He was in the choir (he said he can sing better now as he learned how to breathe using his diaphragm) and he danced! He was in a group of 6 that did an interpretive dance. He said he also learned some line dancing and some swing. He did fine n I could tell he was so proud of his accomplishments! What a wonderful opportunity to find his God given talents to be used for Him! He wants to go again next year! Sounds good! Can't wait for another week's vacation!
