What Happened?

Well, my weight has stayed the same (same 5#s down which I consider good), but I am taking in too many calories and not getting enough exercise.

I started working out with a trainer in March. I certainly learned a lot!!! In April I sprained my ankle which took a good seven weeks to heal (still training!!!). Then my husband and I really started to travel a lot! Today, August 1st, is his official last day working for Adobe. Sunday, he is embarking on that three week canoe trip by himself. We took a canoe trip earlier in the year and as much as I love that type of travel, I wasn't sure I wanted to live in the wilderness for 3 weeks. So it's a solo trip for him and I am taking the dogs cross country with me out to the Oregon coast (for the same three weeks). I'm packing the cooler with tons of healthy fruits and veggies and plan to stop at farmer's markets and fruit stands along the way!

    Sounds like you have a good plan. I would think you can find lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to eat.
