Hi fellow members. I am having a very hard
time trying to lose this weight. I am a diabetic and this makes it harder as well. It is not for the lack of exercise as I have the upkeep on the house as well as the grounds to do. I go to the pool three times a week to do water aerobics and I walk the dog eack day.
So tomorrow morning (monday Aug 11 2008) I will start again and hope to get rid of some of this weight, I want to lose 60 pounds so i am setting my goals low. I will start with 10% which is 6 pounds, Wish me luck. I need it
