anyone need a parasite for a month? JOKE!

OK, that was said completely tongue-in-cheek!

I wasn't feeling great even before our trip out west; I had various stomach ailments, cramping, etc. It's progressively gotten worse, to the point where (sorry, this is gross) my food is coming out like food and my weight has dipped under 140 lbs.

I've been tested for all the regular stuff and now for a parasite or enteric pathogen, namely giardia (better known as beaver fever)

Hopefully my results will come back soon so they can start me on an antiparasitic drug or whatever. I never thought I would see the day where being UNDER weight for my size was an issue, it is totally bizarre. But I have lost a lot of muscle mass as well as subcutaneous fat, so I'm not exactly feeling healthy either. I have not worked out , ran, turbo jammed in weeks, so now my back is suffering.

My girlfriend who always has struggled with her weight jokingly asked if i could lend her my parasite for a month. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Continually running to the washroom and not being able to enjoy food or drink sucks.
