I had been at the same weight for three weeks and was getting a little frustrated. I had lowered my calories to a minimum and increased my exercise, but nothing seemed to work. I knew I was losing inches, but everyone seems to measure success by pounds and I still had not reached my goal. I started reading more about diet and nutrition and found for the amount of exercise I was doing, I wasn't eating enough. I started using protein shakes for my between meal snack and hallelujah, I moved the scale today. One fabulous pound. That also allowed me to change my icon to 30 pounds! See you at the goal line.
