Well, I went to a party yesterday and the good news is I had to wear a pair of white "summer" pants, because all of my current clothes have gotten too loose!!! Yeah!! But, there is some bad news. One is that I totally blew it at the party with food. I did eat fruit & veggies, but many were in the form of spinach dip, ambrosia, etc. There was also homemade buscuits, etc. So, anyway, I blew it. Then, I went to the gym afterwards and it was closed, and it wasn't even 6:00. (I just switched gyms and don't know what time this one closes on Sunday). At least Steve and I got out and pitched the golf ball around the course we live on.
The second bit of bad news is that the scale is not moving, but I do think a lot of that is muscle gain. Being bed-ridden for so long has given me the opportunity to get muscle mass that hasn't been there for years. I can actually feel muscle bulges on the backs of my thighs, arms, etc.
Anyway, I have a lot of work to do today before I can go work out, so let me get to it!!!
