I Am Blessed!

Sunday, October 12, 2008

I finally lost a pound and broke through to 149 !!!!! But, here is the stunning news. My percent of body fat went from 36% to 16%. I got my test results on Friday. My cholesterol went from 299 (bad) to 198 (good). I still have to watch what I eat but that puts me in the good group where no medication is required !!!!!! My liver enzymes are back to normal...praise the Lord!!!!!! No more "fatty liver" for me! When I stayed at the same weight for weeks, I was starting to get upset until I noticed that I could wear smaller clothes. I knew something was going right but I never dreamed that I could see these results in about 5.5 months. I AM blessed!

Cynthia, what wonderful news! You are SO much healthier now - body fat down, cholesterol down, liver enzymes normal. AMAZING TRANSFORMATION! You have been working so hard, and it's paid off. I'm so very proud of you. YOU ROCK!

I'm not due for a doctor's appointment until December, and that's when I have my cholesterol checked. I'm hoping to go off of the medication too! She cut me to half-dose in June, and I'm looking forward to the Dec. report.
