I feel like I'm ready to do this, ready to get the weight off, ready to better my life and get my health back(as much as I can) but this is just not one of those days. It hasn't been one of those weeks. I just keep getting slammed with one thing after the other, and I really just want, no, NEED it all to stop!!

    Hey - its ok to have one of those days. Unfortunately there are more of those frustrating days than there are easy ones. So give yourself a time out, take a deep breath, a big swig of water, and decide what one thing, just one, that you can do today that will be a step towards where you WANT to be. Can you drink one glass of water, park the farthest out in the parking lot and walk in, take one less spoonful on the plate. Just one thing and you will be successful today. Take it one little thing at a time and you will be on your way. And don't forget to give yourself a hug for doing it emoticon Jill
