Migraines & More

Saturday, November 08, 2008

Yesterday was an overall good day except it ended w/the worst migraine I've had in ages so I went to bed as soon as we got home from dinner w/Papa and Donna. Before then, the highlights were: an e-mail asking for Shelby's "story" from the person responsible for getting the campers to S.F. for the Paul Newman benefit to share with some donors, lunch w/Nanny, a "date" with Shane and dinner w/the grandparents. Today, I went to my mom's house to check to make sure everything was ok and did a couple things to the pool, came home and organized for an hour, took the dogs to the dog park, home, then went to my friend's house who has a daughter w/brain cancer. Left there, went to pick up the kids and they had 2 hours of free time before we left for First Friday Night Kids Klub and Steve and I were productive - went to get dog food, got gas, bought Steve new shoes, went to a Christian book store for something that was on sale then to Starbucks where we used a gift card and I went over the next month's schedule w/Shane's new wrestling dates, new plans for next week, getting everything ready for us to be gone while visiting my dad then my girlfriend and her family...then about Christmas stuff then we p/u the kids after hanging out for a while, came home and let Shelby watch the tailend of the Crossroad special on CMT w/Taylor Swift and Def Leppard then my pooped out kiddos were off to bed.

In all the hustle and bustle, are you taking a little time for yourself? How are you doing w/ your diet - was it Jenny Craig or something? And are you still doing Wii Fit?

    Hope your migraine is gone!
