What time-savers help you eat healthy when you're busy?

I take my lunch/snacks to school with me if I don't have time to cook .

    My favorite here in the US is to keep grilled chicken strips in the freezer. Then, if pressed for time, or don't want to cook I just open a bag of salad and divide it among those eating, warm up some of that chicken in the microwave, set out help yourself salad toppings and dressings...and Voila', we have a healthy meal. My hubby and eat this a lot. When in Malawi though, any leafy green veggie is hard to come by.
